The staff at Cascade Veterinary Center, P.S. is proud to be a team whose primary mission is to deliver the finest and most comprehensive veterinary care services to your pet. Many times injuries and illness that affect pest are sudden and unexpected, and certainly unplanned. This often brings about distressing emotional conflict and financial concerns. We are here to help you resolve these conflicts by fully discussing your pet’s condition and treatment options. In order to assist you with your pet’s health care investment, we are providing the following payment options:

Initial Payments – Payment is due in full at the time of service.
Many health care conditions or surgeries require follow up visits. If you have any questions regarding these charges please don’t hesitate to ask. For in-hospital treatments and/or surgeries, our office requires a deposit of one half of the initial estimate in the form of Cash, Debit, or Credit Card at the start of treatment and payment in full upon discharge of your pet. All return health examinations are to be paid in full at the time of service. Any special orders must be paid for when order is placed. A down payment is not required with the approval of the Care Credit payment option.

We would be happy to work with you to plan the most appropriate arrangements for your budget. Financing your treatment will allow you to begin your treatment immediately and spread the cost over a period of time appropriate for you.

Payment Options

1. Cash – includes money orders and personnel checks (which may require fund availability verification).
2. No out of state checks.
3. Visa/Mastercard/Discover – we accept credit cards for treatment to the extent your credit limit permits.
4. CareCredit – offers a separate line of credit to cover your pets health care needs.

• You can apply online at carecredit.com or at the clinic.
• A credit line can be established and approval takes less than 15 minutes.
• CareCredit does not affect your current spending limits and balances of your other credit cards. • There is no annual fee.
• Monthly payments as low as 3% of the outstanding balance.
• The charge is interest fee for charges $300.00 or more providing you pay off the balance within 90 days. Each month you will be billed for the minimum payment amount including interest charges. If, after 90 days, you have paid your account in full, the interest charges will be refunded.
Return Policy
If you need to return a product please bring it back within 30 days of your purchase accompanied by a receipt. Some exclusions do apply.
We do not allow medications to be returned for the safety of our patients.

If you paid with a credit or debit card we will credit the purchase amount back to the same card.
If you paid with a check we will issue a refund check within 30 days of the return
If you paid with cash we will refund you with cash or a check depending on the amount of the refund.

Any return may also be credited to the account and used at a later date.
